Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Additional agreement: An agreement in which the consumer obtains products, digital content, and/or services related to a distance contract, supplied either by the entrepreneur or by a third party based on an agreement with the entrepreneur.
Withdrawal period: The timeframe within which the consumer may withdraw from the distance contract.
Consumer: A natural person acting outside of business or professional activities who enters into a contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: A calendar day.
Digital content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.
Long-term contract: A contract for repeated supply of goods or services over time.
Durable medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store personal information in a way that enables future reference and unchanged reproduction (e.g., email).
Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Model withdrawal form: A form provided by the entrepreneur to enable the consumer to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Entrepreneur: A natural person or legal entity offering goods or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: A contract concluded between entrepreneur and consumer through an organized remote sales system using only distance communication methods.
Means of distance communication: Any medium used to conclude a contract without simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
General Terms and Conditions: These present terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.

Article 2 – Orders and Purchases

2.1 Orders
2.1.1 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
2.1.2 All orders are subject to approval by the shop. The shop may refuse or cancel an order at its discretion, with no liability to the customer or third parties.
2.2 Purchases
2.2.1 A purchase is finalized once the order is approved and delivered.
2.2.2 The customer must inspect the products upon delivery and report any defects or damage within a reasonable time. Claims made outside of this window may not be accepted unless otherwise stated.

Article 3 – Applicability

3.1 These terms apply to all agreements between the webshop and the customer, including where differing terms are proposed by the customer.
3.2 The shop reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms at any time. Revised versions take effect upon publication on the website.

Article 4 – Offer

4.1 All offers are valid for the duration specified and while supplies last.
4.2 The shop is not liable for typographical errors, incorrect product images, or pricing mistakes on the website.

Article 5 – Agreement

5.1 A contract is formed when the customer accepts the offer and complies with the stated conditions.
5.2 The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product(s).

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

6.1 The customer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
6.2 To exercise this right, the customer must send a clear statement (email or post) within the withdrawal period.
6.3 The returned items must be sent back within 14 days of withdrawal notice.

Article 7 – Costs upon Withdrawal

7.1 If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the shop will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional fees for non-standard delivery methods selected by the customer).

Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Products made to the customer's specifications or which are perishable, sealed, or non-returnable by nature are excluded from withdrawal rights.
8.2 Digital content that has been unsealed by the customer and is not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons is also excluded.

Article 9 – Price

9.1 Prices shown include VAT and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
9.2 The shop reserves the right to change prices at any time. Existing agreements will honor the price agreed upon at the time of contract formation.

Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

10.1 The shop guarantees that all products conform to the agreement and are free from defects.
10.2 The customer should inspect products upon delivery and report any issues within a reasonable time.

Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

11.1 The shop will strive to meet indicated delivery times. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
11.2 In the event of a delay, the shop will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Article 12 – Long-term Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

12.1 Long-term agreements are valid for the period stated. Agreements longer than one year may be terminated after one year with up to one month's notice.
12.2 If renewal is required, the shop will notify the customer in advance and specify the new terms.

Article 13 – Payment

13.1 The customer must pay the agreed price using the methods provided on the website.
13.2 In the event of late payment, the shop may send reminders and charge applicable interest.

Article 14 – Complaints Handling

14.1 If the customer has a complaint about a product or service, they should notify the shop promptly.
14.2 The shop will make every effort to resolve complaints within 14 days.

Article 15 – Disputes

15.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the issue amicably.
15.2 If resolution is not reached, the customer may contact the appropriate dispute resolution authority.

Article 16 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

16.1 These terms are governed by Dutch law.
16.2 Disputes will be handled by the competent court in the shop’s registered location.
